Sunset Vision Workshop

January 23-26, 2018

Every generation needs to approach the Word of God with a heart for seeing God’s desires both for them personally as well as for our congregations. It may be true that we have not been as focused as necessary on God’s vision for our lives and his vision for our congregations. If so, we need to re-evaluate ourselves and restore our thinking to God’s original vision. In this years vision workshop, we will seek to restore our focus on certain key areas of godly living. This list is in no way comprehensive, but will focus our thinking on key areas of emphasis. We will ask God to restore us through a study of several topics, such as: restoring our passion for preaching, our faith in God’s message, our dependence on Christ, our heart for serving others, our dedication to the Word of God, our devotion to the Church, our love for local evangelism and our focus on world evangelism. It is our hope and intent that we will all be built up through this time of fellowship and instruction together and that we will all leave empowered to focus on what is important to God and essential for godly living. It is our prayer that you will be restored.

"I don't think I could recommend a more meaningful investment in the spiritual growth of your family than this." - Jimmy Neatherlin, Sunset Church of Christ, Carlsbad, NM.

Each year participants consistently comment on how encouraging and edifying the classes are to them. The biggest problem is choosing between the great topics and speakers that are available. This year we commit to doing the same. Whether you are a minister, an elder, ministry leader or a Christian longing for an extra boost, the classes and speakers at the Sunset Vision Workshop will speak to you.
