The congregation of Hemphill church of Christ is presently seeking a full-time gospel preacher for our small but dedicated membership of about 40 individuals with average attendance of 35 to 50 people.

Hemphill, Texas is located in deep east Texas 10 miles from Toledo Bend reservoir on the east and 30 miles from Sam Rayburn Lake on the west. We enjoy a church­ centered family membership and are active in the excellent school system and community activities of its multi-cultured citizens.

We furnish a 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath brick home located about one mile from the church building, and a really nice office in the building for our preacher. Salary is negotiable and competitive.

Lometa

The Lometa Church of Christ is in need of a full time preacher. The congregation has 40-50 in attendance on Sunday mornings.

Lometa is a small town in central Texas about 100 miles north/east of Austin.

Youth and Family Minister

Gilmer Church of Christ

The Gilmer Church of Christ is a congregation of 140 members located in East Texas 120 miles southeast of Dallas. We are eager to build passion among our youth, and the Youth and Family Minister will be expected to lead events and classes, focusing primarily on teen and preteen students. The Minister will interact regularly with collegiate members, as well as children within the congregation, in order to foster a stronger community across the age groups. He will also promote the congregation in the community and work to strengthen ties with other congregations in the area.

Qualifications
Applicants with experience as Youth/Family/Involvement Ministry are preferred, but all educated and motivated applicants are encouraged to apply. A married man is preferred. Applicants should display a strong desire to work with youth of all ages, and will be responsible for regularly teaching High School and Junior High classes. The Youth and Family Minister should be an effective speaker and teacher, and should have the confidence necessary to carry this out in front of the congregation. Candidates should possess strong self-esteem and be receptive to constructive criticism. A candidate with great maturity is desired to lead the youth by example and encourage Christian behavior.
